How to send a bug report

You are always welcome to send us a bug report in case something is not working as advertised. We’ll do our best to investigate the case and fix the bug as soon as possible.

To help us find out what exactly is not working and why, please include the following information to your report:

  • The steps required to reproduce the problem.
  • The debugging output of the involved components of UltraDefrag.
  • One or more screenshots illustrating the problem.


To speed up files submission compress them first.
